University of New Orleans
As a Christian student at UNO, you are not alone. BCM is here to provide you with a community of believers who will support and encourage you on your journey. Our goal is to help you deepen your relationship with God and become a strong, independent Christian adult.
We offer a variety of opportunities for you to get involved and grow in your faith. Our weekly worship services and Bible studies provide a space for you to connect with God and other students who share your beliefs. We also have opportunities for you to be a part of a student-led Discipleship Group or meet one-on-one with one of our staff members.

The BCM meets at the Newman Center which is located across from the front entrance of the UC next to the International Center.
In addition to these opportunities, BCM also provides service projects, both on and off campus. These activities allow you to make a positive impact in the community and to put your beliefs into action. We believe that serving others is an essential part of living out your faith. We also host retreats, mission trips, and other events that provide spiritual nourishment and guidance. These events are designed to help you deepen your understanding of the Bible and apply it to your daily life.
At BCM, we are committed to being a support system for you during your college years. We understand that college can be a challenging time, and we want to be here for you every step of the way. Whether you’re a Freshman just starting out or a Senior getting ready to graduate, we are here to help you grow in your faith and become the person God intended you to be.
If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. We would be more than happy to schedule a meeting to discuss how BCM can support your spiritual journey at UNO. We look forward to connecting with you and supporting you in your faith journey at UNO.
“The college campus is a strategic mission field for the sake of the kingdom of God. College students are shaping the future of our world, and the church has a vital role to play in raising up a generation of young leaders who will impact their campuses, their communities, and our world for the cause of Christ.”
– J.D Greear, pastor and author.
